Whitney is the President and CEO of her company, Above & Below 1031 LLC, which provides qualified intermediary services for 1031 exchanges. Before becoming a qualified intermediary, Whitney and her husband, Jeff, built and continue to operate several other companies that provide advanced financial and tax planning strategies and solutions.

After growing up in a small Michigan town and then graduating from Eastern Michigan University, Whitney moved to the North Texas area in 2002 for the warmer weather and quality of life. In addition to Volunteer McKinney, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, Visit McKinney, and previously served on the McKinney Armed Services Memorial Board. She is a 2021 graduate of the Leadership McKinney program, is a McKinney Inclusion Council committee member, and volunteers her time whenever possible.

Whitney has lived in McKinney since 2016 with Jeff, their young son, and a shelter rescue dog.
