Terry Lacy-Little is founder and CEO of Eagle Barricade, LLC a traffic control service provider and custom digital sign shop in McKinney, Texas. Terry Lacy-Little has been successful at providing traffic control services on governmental & non-governmental highway construction projects. Terry is the mother of a 23 year-old son, and is a five-year breast and lung cancer survivor. She is very passionate about providing opportunities to other cancer survivors. As a further result of Terry’s commitment, Eagle Barricade participates in programs that re-integrate ex-offenders back into society; thereby reducing the rate of recidivism. Terry currently serves on the board of the DFW National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) as the treasurer. She also serves on the Victory Over Cancer ministry at the Fellowship Christian Center Church located in Plano, Texas.
