Keyanta Gaddy

Board Member

Keyanta Gaddy is the Development Director at LifePath Systems, where she leads fundraising efforts and builds community awareness in collaboration with the foundation’s Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and public service sectors, Keyanta is deeply committed to empowering communities and advocating for individuals in need.

A New Orleans native, she earned her undergraduate degree from Grambling State University and attended Oklahoma State University for her graduate studies. She also participated in the McNair Scholars Program at Marquette University, strengthening her focus on research, leadership and service.

Keyanta’s career is marked by a passion for impact-driven initiatives. She has led numerous programs that address critical social challenges, ensuring resources reach those most in need. Her leadership blends empathy, strategy, and collaboration to foster meaningful, lasting change.
In 2022, she completed the LifePath Systems Leadership Academy, and in 2023, she was honored with the Award of Excellence from the LifePath Systems Board of Trustees. Additionally, she served as President of the Collin County Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) from 2021 to 2023 and is a member of Leadership McKinney, class of 2025.

Outside of her professional work, Keyanta is an active volunteer through her church in McKinney, Texas, and is especially passionate about advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. She enjoys reading, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and children.
