Youth Empowerment

Youth Empowerment

Volunteer McKinney seeks to empower teens through collaborating with our partner agencies to create support systems for them to thrive in McKinney. We do this through offering volunteer opportunities for teens to connect with area nonprofits. We host the McKinney Youth Summit annually to support those who work with youth in Collin County. Our Youth Resource Guide seeks to connect at-risk youth and their families to resources in the community that can assist them with basic needs, healthcare, education, and much more.

Below is a link to Children’s Medical Center’s bi-annual report Beyond ABC North Texas which looks at the demographics of youth in North Dallas counties including Collin County.
